QUADRANTS, 2023
This textile piece explores the tension between structure and freedom. Greek-inspired fabrics create orderly grids, each neatly defined, yet hand-stitched lines defy the containment. Freestyle stitches escape the boundaries, adding an element of rebellion within the structured framework. The actual card was ultimately found and shared with me by the family members during one of my workshops.
